Host common-flash-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com not found

I have just started and when i go to destinations or my avatar, i keep getting this error message Host common-flash-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com not found, any ideas?

This more or less telling you the destination does not exist.  Several things I would try: make sure you have maturity rating set to visit those sites (mature, adult, or general)  I would change, in your preferences, the browser you have selected to use your external browser.  If this does not help, clean your browser cache, relog and try again.

If you are in Basic Mode, logout and switch to Advanced Mode on the login screen. See if that makes a difference.

Just helped someone else figure this one out.  Try using a different browser.  That message is coming from Amazonaws.com, could be an add-on.  If it works, like it did for us, on another browser, then that's probably what's going on.  Research how to remove add-ons from your particular browser to prevent any further problems with other sites.  Also, try doing what you're doing from outside of SL, using a different external browser.  Good luck!  ; )
