i got noya lola body but showing as a box now i cant find it

i got a noya lola body but when i put it on it comes as a box i have tried everything but does nothing now i cant find it

If it came as a box, that means it needs to be unpacked.   It would either be in your received items folder,  objects or lost and found.

Place the box on the ground, then right-click and choose "open", then Click Copy To Inventory to transfer the box's contents to your inventory.

Also, be aware that it's probably just a shape and NOT a body (as in mesh body).  A shape is just the underlying structure.  Noya has been selling shape/skin combos for years.

ETA...I actually do see they have a mesh body/head combo now although I have never seen or heard of anyone wearing it or making clothing for it.
