opening Surls

all of a sudden, without having changed a thing, i cant open Surls from Second Life. It says i have no program associated to do that

Sometimes a browser update or a viewer update will lose or reset the SLURL relationship.  If you have SLURL Proxy installed just open that app and reset the default browser.  If you don't have SLURL Proxy, I highly advice it as it will often prevent that issue - or at the very least make it easier to fix the problem.
