Can you explain why you can't login? Which web browser are you using?

You just logged into the Second Life web site to post this question. What happens when you click the Help link above?

You should be able to click Help > Premium Support > Live Chat and arrive here:

https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/

Try clicking this link and see if you can access it direct. If you can't, clear your browser cache and try again. Remember Live Chat has limited opening hours.

If you have a Premium account on Administrive Hold, then you will not be able to access the normal support channels.

Apart from phone or email, you would usually have access to one particular ticket and that is all. Sometimes you even get blocked from that ticket and the only way to submit one would be to not sign in & use the guest tickets for SL Web Login Issues or Reactivate an Old Account (if it is an appeal against a ban).
