Catwa CSR here :)

It would help greatly if you provided the following information:

  1. The name of the Catwa head you're using (there are four types of Catwa head - Basic, Non-Bento/Frames Animated, Bento, and HDPRO), and each one is dealt with slightly differently). You can use this image as a guide to find out which head type you're using
  2. Whether you were using an applier skin (add the skin's HUD and click it to apply the skin) or a BoM skin (wear or add a system layer after setting your head to BoM)

That said, I am going to take a wild guess and assume that you're using a Catwa Bento head such as Daniel or Stanley, plus an applier skin. If that's the case, please follow the below instructions. If not, please post again with your replies to the two questions at the top of my post.

Firstly, have you tried applying a different skin to clear the demo skin? Try one from the Skins tab of your Catwa HUD Master that came with the head. Applying another skin will usually clear everything from a previously applied demo skin.

Sometimes, though, the 'demo' wording of a demo skin applier is set to go onto the blush layer of the head, so if applying a different skin doesn't fix the issue, you will need to clear that blush layer. To do this: add your Catwa HUD Master v4.5 and go into the Blush/Lipstick tab near the bottom. Under the Blush section at the top of that tab, check the LOWER button then click the CLEAR button. Then check the UPPER button and click the CLEAR button.

Watch this video that shows you how to do that.

If your Master HUD is white instead of dark grey, then you're either using an older version of your Bento head, or you're using a non-Bento head. If it's a Bento head, then the locations are exactly the same to clear that layer.

If you're using a non-Bento head, or you're trying to remove a BoM (system layer) skin, the instructions will be different.
