Inventory fetching EVERY time I log in !

Every time I log in my inventory makes me go through the fetching of inventory. It does it on it's own and it's very frustrating to have to stand there till it finishes.

Why does this happen and what can I do to avoid this?

If you had recently cleared cache or inventory cache and have crashed or been disconnected, your inventory will do this until you have a clean log out.  Whenever I've had to clear inventory cache, as soon as it's done fetching,  I log out then right back in.

It doesn't happen when I've crashed or been disconnected.  I log out normally and when I am ready to log in again....it starts fetching.  I rarely crash or get disconnected.
