Looking for this house / skybox

Hello

There is this house or skybox that I have been looking for. It's in many of this pose maker's pictures, but I don't think he logs on anymore. Here are some pictures. I have blurred out images that I think may not be appropriate (I'm not sure!). Does anyone know what skybox this is? Would be really appreciated!

Its an old skybox from Pixel Mode.  The store closed a while ago, and removed all items from their market place.

This skybox from Varonis has some of the same details:

Look at it inworld before you buy! It has one negative review on the Marketplace (and 4 good ones).

Industrial skybox is the name.

I update this thread on purpose, because Pixel Mode has started to list their items on the Marketplace again.

The one in the first post must be the Greenwich Apartment.
