placing an event on the dashboard page for free

hi all 

when i was in estate group , i could place our sim events on the dashboard events page for FREE 

i am out of estate at this moment and another girl is now in estate 

but she pays every week 50 lindens to place an event on dashboard 

we have the same account Resident
Payment Info Used so it isnt that 

will it be the tag ? what can we do to let her place a free event ?

Important: We charge a fee for each event you create (this includes each repetition of a repeating event). The amount of the fee depends upon your account type: 

Basic account: L$50

Premium account: L$10

No idea but that is from the knowledge base about Events.

this is solved ! it is new to pay for it ;-(
