How do i undeed my mainland from group?

I bought mainland and deeded part of it to a group .. the other group owner isn't premuim, i now want to sell it, how do i undeed group so i can sell it without it affecting my tier level (which would happen if i set it for sale to myself)?

First go to the land tab in Group Info and remove your contribution. You will then technically own no land & you can safely sell the land to yourself for 0L without affecting your tier.

You will also need to sell or abandon any bonus land that you bought as your avvie can`t hold that.
