TanyDi
I am loading audio in the standard viewer (10 seconds). There is a very weak sound in the resulting file. Original sound much louder. Amplifying the original sound doesn't help either. Please tell me how to amplify the sound in SL?
sandi Mexicola
I had that problem also. I don't know what the best solution is, but I ended up playing the same sound from 4 or 5 prims simultaneously.
TanyDi
How did you make simultaneous sound from prim (any script)? Edited January 27, 2021 by TanyDi
sandi Mexicola
Take a look at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LlLoopSoundMaster and http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LlLoopSoundSlave you need to call llLoopSoundSlave from a different prim than llLoopSoundMaster, so you would need separate prims. I have an object somewhere that has 5 linked prims: 1 master and 4 slaves. it seemed to work pretty good, but i can't find it now. 🙄
Wulfie Reanimator
If nothing else, make sure the audio file is mono, not stereo.
