I can't get into a mature place. help!

I had verified my age but I can´t go to any mature place!! how can change this?? I tried preferences but ithere are just the general option!!

I guess you turned 18 and did an age verification? In that case file a support ticket and state you turned 18, successfully age verified but still aren't able to access moderate and adult content: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Hello Erichic. If you try to change your maturity ratings and you can't, means that you didin't get Age Verification, although you tried for that. You can check the following link to see how Age Verification works:

Are you a premium member? If yes, and you have problems with age verification, is suggested to use the Live Chat.

If not, it is not suggested  to verify your age manually  insomuch according LL, you can use it "if you are a "premium or Concierge customer and you experience difficulty verifying your identity on the Second Life website".

On the other side, you can have access in adult regions if you become "Account Verified", having "Payment Info on File". This way you have access in all of adult regions except of the estate owner restricts access to residens who are verified with Age Verification.

The last solution although it is not suggested and i can't quarantee that you will get a reply is to send a mail to support@secondlife.com

I have same difficulty--I age verified 3 times --each time i was told it was successful---but it wasnt--as soon as i tried to TP to an adult area, I was refused admission because of maturity rating???  I have the latest Phenix viewer
