need help to get rid of a greeter script

I purchased a parcel that has a greeter message upon landing (a club). I did an area search for my parcel and the region and a script search (my parcel) and nothing shows up except what belongs to me. Where can this be hiding and how can I get rid of it?  thanks for any help!

Is this perhaps the one listed in your profile, in Coda region? Actually, whether it is or not, when the greeter chats at you, the viewer should identify the object that issues the chat, and you should be able to right-click on that object name text and find out more about it. The specifics vary from viewer to viewer, but on Catznip for example you might choose "Object Profile", then from the gear-icon pulldown menu choose "Zoom In" to get a good look at the object.

For the Coda one, you can paste this into chat from a logged-in viewer:

it could also be a bot,  where I live,  it's done with a couple of bots,  and the owner of the sims is hardly in sl and he's' got um. 20 sims right now?  so yeah.

thanks for the tips! it turned out to be a nearby parcel with a script that was over-reaching. I contacted the owner and they will take care of it.
