0 Nyll Bergbahn Posted May 27, 2011 Share Posted May 27, 2011 That error message usually has absolutely nothing to do with passwords but instead means your account is on hold for some reason, usually age related or to do with financial issues. Is there a phone number with that message. There should be. If you don't have Skype, sign up for it and phone that number. You get one free call before having to buy credit. You'll probably be told your account is on hold and to submit a ticket but you may learn something as to why your account is on hold. The fact that you can log into this web site is a good sign that it's not serious. Here is how to appeal.
