I can't reset my password

i can't reset my pass...i get this message

"Are you having a little trouble with your password or security question?
We can get this straightened out by talking to you."

if i submit a case they say "case closed" because my account is basic* and i don't fit the issues to be solved for basic accounts*

i don't live in a developed country and i don't even own paypal.

How am i supposed to solve this one out?

Hello Xanti. Unfortunately if you are not a premium member, it is not suggested to submit a ticket. That's why you get that message. Maybe the only you can do is to send a mail to support@secondlife.com although i can't quarrantee that you will get a reply.

That error message usually has absolutely nothing to do with passwords but instead means your account is on hold for some reason, usually age related or to do with financial issues.

Is there a phone number with that message. There should be. If you don't have Skype, sign up for it and phone that number. You get one free call before having to buy credit. You'll probably be told your account is on hold and to submit a ticket but you may learn something as to why your account is on hold. The fact that you can log into this web site is a good sign that it's not serious.

It's been said that a letter to the address works faster than a ticket but I cannot confirm if tht's true or not.
