cant login gets stuck at world loading or logs me off

hello everyone

not sure if this was the right section or not but my issue is i try to log on and i get 90% on the bar then it freezes on world loading or if i do get in i ethier end up logged out or my avatar freezes with her arms outstretched not sure what is going on tried clearing catche that works sometimes and i have triede rebooting modem again works sometimes other times not so much i have used tboth second life viewer and catznip viewers if anyone can help please let me know

Offhand, I'd say that your first big problem is that you are still using Windows 7, which is not supported by Second Life or, in fact, by Microsoft.  Aside from that, your graphics card is a 10-year old model with an OpenGL version that was current in 2012.  It was a fairly good card back then, but it's well below the standard cards that many people are using in SL today.

You might be able to improve things by disabling VBO.  Go into "Preferences" - "Graphics" - "Hardware" and de-select the box labeled "Use OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects."  Your best solution, though, is to start thinking about a new computer.
