I m premium I have a land. who can I change the place to live?

i want to move other place how i can move or tranfer?

You stand in your home, pick up ALL of your stuff and take it back to inventory, and then open World >> About Land from your menu and select the Abandon Land option on the front page.  Then you will no longer own the parcel and may request a new one.  As before, it will be assigned randomly.
