When people have this sort of problem, though, it often boils down to one of these issues: 1. You have a PayPal account but PayPal has not verified that it is backed up by a bank account or a credit card account. 2. You are not using an approved credit card. 3. You are trying to use a prepaid card or a debit card (most are not acceptable). 4. Your PayPal account does not have a sufficient balance to cover your purchase. 5. You are trying to buy more L$ than your current limit allows. I suggest reviewing If you still have unanswered questions, call the LL billing office.
