Unknown Vorbis Error

I am trying to upload sound files as I usually do, but tonight I got "Unknown vorbis error". I have everything set up like it should be. 

 

• WAV files in standard PCM format.
• 16-bit with 44.1kHz sample rate.
• Mono format.  Stereo format will be automatically converted to mono.
• Ten seconds or less in length...... MINE are 9 second

Please help.

When something like that happens, my first thoughts are:

1. Try going to a different region.

2. Try uploading with a different viewer.

oh, and 

3. Relog
