I am the owner of an upgraded full region. Or rather an EMPTY upgraded full region. I'd like to do something with it. Residential? Commercial? Educational? Role-Play? Clubbing? All of the above? Get in contact with Kailestis Nova in-world and we can start negotiating on a possible partnership (or we could do it here in the forums, and give others ideas for their own needs).
