The problem of showing body parts

A friend of the bar gave me a gift. When someone installed it was showing up and now no one sees it when installing it even though it is on the menus

Is the "body part" a set of genitals?  These have an "invisible" option so you don't flash people through your clothing.

If you can't readily find the button that controls that on your HUD, you can at least check to see if it is really attached.  Hit CTRL+ALT+T to highlight transparent textures.
