hello, my friend cant seem to view my profile. He is not blocked and i have my privacy set to everyone

How can I undo this? All of my other firends can see my profile np.

We need to know which viewer they use and which profile they are looking at. Best of all they come on and ask.

he uses  SL viewer and he is having trouble seeing my profile, but he has no trouble viewing other people viewers
