I cant tp any more on SL Not even once Every time i try i crash

Make sure that you are not wearing excessively scripted attachments.

Disable HTTP textures, this can be in developers menu or advanced rendering, depending on your viewer.

Try reducing your bandwidth setting if the above don`t help.

If it has been happening since an upgrade to 2.6.3, trying reinstailling 2.6.2 https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Supported_Viewers remembering to switch off automatic updates in preferences > setup.

In combination with Peewee's suggestions, I would also add that you should lower your graphics settings a notch or two, if possible.

These settings are found in your main SL menu (top of screen). Go to Edit >> Preferences >> Lower your "Quality & Performance" slider.

Then check the checkbox that says "Custom" & also lower the slider for "Draw Distance" which appears below.
