FairuzaB Posted January 28, 2020 Share Posted January 28, 2020 Hello, I don't know if this is the wrong place to ask this but here goes. The other day my PC stopped acknowledging my Logitech headset. So in SL I can talk and hear things but I cannot hear anyone on voice. So has anyone else experienced this? I have tried all the USB ports on my PC and went to Logitech and downloaded updates. It's the right place to ask First, to quickly determine if the problem is with the headset itself, go to the website below and run the test. If your headset fails the test, they have a troubleshooting guide and an operating-system-specific settings guide that are very helpful. If you pass the test, then the issue could be a simple setting in your viewer.
