Since you said your SS number (meaning Social Security number) failed I think maybe you are in the United States. You can take your documents to any major office supply store (such as Office Depot, Staples, Kinkos) and make copies and FAX then to LL. Or you can mail them via the US Postal Service. Some places will even scan your documents to a memory stick so you can email them yourself. You can also submit a support ticket via the Support Portal (if you are a premium member you can contact Live Chat). All the links are on the link I pasted.
