I'm having trouble verifying my account. It says the information does not match public records. Well I don't understand how that could be, because I tried both my Drivers license, and my SS Number. Both failed... I was able to successfully put in billing information, but for some reason its not accepting my information for "Age Verification". I don't really have anything to scan a photo copy of my documents [I read somewhere on site it was needed?]. I am wondering if there is anyone I can contact or perhaps talk to by phone or over email?
