linden house owner not responding, cant put up any furniture

how can  put furniture in my linden house?  ive contacted owner and got no response and keep gettin the owner does not allow message when trying to place furniture....please help

You should be shown as the land owner, so make sure that you are in the correct house.

If it is definately your house, go to About Land (from the world menu) and on the Options tab, set the 3 check boxes to allow all residents to create objects, object entry and run scripts.

If that fixes the problem, you should have a word with LiveChat because you shouldn`t need to have it set that way for you to be able to rezz there.

Hello jennalinn. To be able to put furniture and generally to rezz in a linden home, the owner must to set the land to the Group and create a role into it with which gives the right to "Create Objects" (rezz). The only you can do is to contact him / her and ask for that right.

Do as Peewee says if you are the Linden Home owner.

If you are not the owner and the owner is renting to you, please note he/she is prohibited from renting the Home under the Linden Home Covenant. I imagine it would be extremely difficult for Linden Lab to actually discover such a breach unless a neighbour Abuse Reports it or a Linden employee notices a rental box, but if the Lab does discover the Home is being rented out it will act very fast to end this situation.

If you are a friend of the owner and merely staying there, the owner needs to create a group with a role for you with the ability to create objects as LoveAngel mentions.
