Why are my sold lindens not turning into USD credit?

The L$ are showing in the debit column but are in the debit. I get the error msg "account does not have sufficent funds to make a process credit request."

what you show is a completed transfer. Thats why the message tells there are no funds to transfer.
Nobody here can see what happens behind the screen, you need to contact billing, ór Paypal.

I know from another website, that payments with paypal had delays in the past week ( not SL related)
