Question

I have a couple NC's that I have been using to organize my inventory and to help get the loading of my inventory down. Though over the past week I have been trying a couple times a day to get a few items out (most necklaces I've made, and some textures), but when I click 'copy to inventory' nothing happens and there is no item in my inventory.

I put in a support ticket almost two days ago but it's status is still new. I have tried this on SL2 2.6.3.227447, Phoenix 1.5.2.1050, Singularity 1.5.7 (1), Firestorm-Preview 2.4.2 (14918), and Kristens S21(7a) viewers, and clearing out both the cache and inventory cache and on two different computer.

The Main computer I use has the following specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4013.63 MHz)
Memory: 8191 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)
Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 460/PCI/SSE2

I don't suppose anyone knows how quickly it takes to get a response from LL with tickets on premium accounts and/or if there is any trick to making these work.

I really don't want to lose the 100,000$L+ in these NC's.

Thanks in advance for even just reading. ^_^

EDIT 1: 5/12 22:04: I Noticed something, i can pull the texture onto an object (from the texture NC) but while I can see the texture if i'm looking at the texture, if it's on the object it just say "Loading..." reguardless how long I wait. Also on Singularity the status is "Loading..." from just vieweing the texture even though i can see the full rezzed texture on my screen

EDIT 2: 5/13 00:40: (copied from my reply for all to see at the top) I figured out a solution, at least a long one for my NC problem, beacuse LL still has not got back to me yet..

The problem as far as I can tell is a resource load error that exceeded the simulator's limit for the inventory load cache. Meaning you can can only have much loaded in a NC before it get's capped out. You can still view the contents but does no good to get them out.

Using a combination of viewers to get all items out of a NC, I am able to pull things in chunks of 50. While this going to take me a long time because then I have to go into each NC and edit out every item that was able to be copied over in that batch, it still seems a way to be-able to do this.

Side note: I'm not sure this will work 100% of my problem out but it's something I can be working on so i have peace of mind at least.

I am going to leave my ticket open with LL because this is a serious problem, especially with no clear limit on the NC load that there seems to be.

ok, the only thing I can think of at the moment is, where it says Show Filters at the bottom of your inventory when you click on the little white gear thingie, are all those boxes checked? Also, do you have a lot going on in the background? as in, other programs running on your computer? If so, try running just SL and see if that helps.

As for reply to the other message. It should not matter with the set up I have with what is running in the back ground (IE my computer is not bogged down and get 80+FPS in my LL home and 45~FPS in high avatar areas, it's a server problem not a local one it seems), good idea though.
