I was wondering if this community have artist that commission?

I am looking for a custom avatar from a personal design that I have.

 

How much would it cost approximately?

try the "wanted" or "employment" forums, if the creator need to earn his salary with it, several hundreds USD ( the real ones... not L$), because it's a complicated and time consuming job.
Also... your "personal" design has to  be really personal, if it's artwork isn't yours, you'r not allowed to use it without permission of the real owner.

tip: have a look at all mods on MP, there are perhaps some that might help you making your desired looks without spending really a lot of money.
