Help! What is this white orb?

So when I log in I have this thing that happens.. somehow either an object or some mesh or something creates this large white orb that surrounds me.. changes with windligh settings.. sometimes if I zoom in it goes away, or if I zoom out, but sometimes it doesn't.. Any thoughts? ideas on how to get it to go away? You can see it in the image below.. the white "thing" on the L side of the image.

If you take off any attached lights does it go away?  Kinda looks like you have light radii enabled.
