EbonyWolfe
Hi, I’m new to this so please forgive me if I don’t give you enough info. For the past 2 days now, I’ve been trying to log into SL, either with Firestorm or with the SL viewer, and first off, it will take a long time to open up, then it will stop responding multiple times before I can even press log in. When I do eventually press log in, it again, stops responding multiple times, then slowly but surely it says “Connecting to Region,” stops responding once more, and then says I can’t be logged in at this time either due to a grid status or my internet connection. Another pop up comes up saying, “The following media plugin has failed: media_plugin_cef,” I’ve gotten this with both viewers. Any ideas? If needed I will paste anything in a reply, just please help 😞
EbonyWolfe
Oo, should add that I've uninstalled and re-installed multiple times but keep getting the same errors. I've seen a few posts with people's details from the help tab, I'll paste those here (whenever it decides to open, that is) and hopefully that'll help

bigmoe Whitfield
you only have 4gb system ram, this is not going to work very well for you at all. since windows 10 it's self is using quite a bit of that and if you have other things running too. erf. the flashing you are seeing is because the apu/gpu is having issues allocating resources, since I'm going to be that texture memory is shared too with the 4gb of system ram. I have no real solution because I'm not sure what to do with the specs because of how low they are. hopefully one of the others can come in and give some kind of real idea to help. I’ve actually never had any lagging issues or such with SL because of my ram and SL and anything else runs smoothly. I also don’t know what you mean by flashing that I’m seeing? I actually searched around for about 2 hours on different threads last night after making this one and I tried around 8 different solutions and one of them seemed to work, hopefully permanently. It was running smoothly and was even running at high graphics for a very long time. I just don’t know how to delete a thread or resolve it or anything.
