How can I get my account off general?

Okay so,  I'm 18 now and my account is still on general. I tried to update it but it won't allow me to (The general box is not clickable).  How long will it take this site to realize I'm old enough for adult rated rooms?

It's not automatic, so you may need to submit a support case (or contact Live Chat if you are a Premium member).  LL may ask you to send them a copy of some document to prove your age (like a drtiver's license) if they are suspicious for some reason, but don;t offer it unless they ask.
