You get a free 1024sqm allotment for being premium.
Deeding land to group gives you 10% of what is deeded to the group. So if you deed 1024sqm to a group, you can own up to 1126sqm.

Since you currently own a 2048sqm parcel you pay a tier fee of 7 USD per month for 1024sqm (because you can substract the 1024sqm free allotment.)

You want to own 3072qm. So the math would be as follows:

   3072sqm
- 10% (group bonus)
- 1024sqm (free alotment)
= 2038sqm tier you have to pay for

Which would bump you to the next tier and instead of paying 7 USD per month you would have to pay 13 USD per month.
Within that 13 USD tier bracket you can own up to 3276.8sqm before it bumps you into the next bracket.

If you want to stay at 7 USD tier per month the maximum amount of land you can own is

    1024sqm (free)
+ 1024sqm (7USD tier)
+ 10%
= 2252.8sqm
