Ok, you are on an earlier graphics driver version now ( 24.20.100.6223 ) but this version still has the bug.
You have to be using 24.20.100.6025 or earlier.
The only option still available directly from Dell is 23.20.16.4973  which can be downloaded here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/uk/en/ukbsdt1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=VVW29&osCode=WT64A&productCode=latitude-14-5480-laptop

Download this & run the installer.

Then launch Firestorm and at the login screen, check under Help -> About Firestorm that the Windows Graphics Driver Version: line shows 23.20.16.4973.
If it does thenyou should be able to login just fine.

If this doesn't work again & you are getting fed up with this then there is another way to work around this until Intel fix the bug...
The bug only affects users on Windows 10 with Intel 5xx & 6xx series cards on recent 64 bit graphics driver versions.  The 32bit graphics driver is not affected by the bug.
So, you will be able to use an 32bit viewer without a problem.
You can download the 32 bit version of Firestorm here:
https://www.firestormviewer.org/windows/

Use the "For SL only, 32bit" link.
