how do you get help when you buy stuff from market place they take the money but i have got nothing

i have tried to find how to get my money or the stuff i bought but  nothing has worked can someone pls help me

i never had this happen before when deal with marketplace

what can i do i have been trying for a day now to get things worked out

Go to you Order History in the Marketplace, if the item status is Delivered, then make a copy of the transaction and send it in an IM or Notecard to the seller asking for a replacement.
