Why can't I upload?

When trying to upload a photo, I automatically crash, whether I've taken the picture inworld or am trying to load something up from my computer, as soon as I click the upload button, my screen freezes and then zip SL crashes, I'm wondering if perhaps it had to do with my laptop, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Go to preferences > graphics > hardware and disable the VBO.

See if that helps.

Try turning off VBO.  You will find it in Preferences on the Graphics tab under the Hardware button.  Seems that that can cause crashing during uploads.
