Why isn't Live Chat connecting to a live person?

I need to talk to a live person about a login issue. Apparently my IP is blocked?... At least that's what I gather from what I have read about the login Error Message I receive.

I read that Live Chat support starts at 8am PST. I've been trying since it was supposed to "open" and the screen keeps loading. I've had the original window open for over a half hour trying to get it to load. I have also tried to open new Live Chats. Is this normal? I have never used Second Life or any features. Today is my first day on here.

Welcome to Forum. What  internet browser do you use? Have you tried to contact via Live Chat from this link?

Remember that Live Chat is available 8am to Midnight PST, M-F; and 8am to 8pm PST Saturday and Sunday.
