Hover Height Increase After Being Bumped Into

   Hello, I was waiting at the back of the Social Island 5 landing point.  Then this girl walked up to me and then bumped into me.  I messaged her and she wouldn't answer.  After a few minutes I moved away and noticed that I stepped over something at the side of her.  Later on I noticed my Avatar was hovering about knee height above the ground, also when I sit it goes back to ground level.  I relogged and also cleared my cache and I'm still hovering at knee height.  I've also reinstalled the SL Viewer and still hovering at knee height.  I need to adjust my Hover Height slider to around -250 for my feet to be at ground level.

Check your avatar for attachments that shouldn't be there. That sounds like you're attached to some script that has partial control of your avatar. (Is this a known form of griefing?)

I'm not seeing anything extra and nothing is showing up in the temporary attachments, also when I reset the skeleton the avatar isn't even going into the T-pose.

Also noticed that unscheduled maintenance is going on right now and may(?) have something to do with it.

UPDATE: My Avatar's hover has returned to normal.  Thanks for the help and sorry if I was too hasty, I'm not really a technical person.
