The group I baught was lost because one of the members disbanded

My group was removed because one of the members left, Is there a way to retrieve it? (it was baught from another resident as the group name was already taken)

 

I cannot find the relevant case in support case.

You can try opening a support ticket.  Probably Technical Questions - Groups Issue would be the best catagory.   Not sure they will do it for you but never hurts to ask.

This is a case where having an alt comes in handy.  That way you always have a 2nd person for your group

I would, but there doesn't seem to be a "group" category,

If you were not the Group founder and not a Premium member, then I would never say you have no chance, but it is less than a slim one.

Just start another Group, then you will be the founder & make sure you add always have a 2nd member, even if it is an alt or yours.

You cannot get one with the exact same name as before but it only needs to be slightly different to be allowed, you can add the word "Group" or "The" or anything else to make it the same but different.

You could consider asking the original Group Founder to submit a Ticket for Support, with the Ticket requesting restoration of the Group.
