I have four premium member friends and we want to get one of your QUADS to share, is that possible ?

Yes, but the 'owner' can only be one resident.  If you mean the quad as being 4 seperate homes in a quad shape - then each must 'purchase' seperately.  This, I think would be the most difficult part - finding an empty qaud available for you and all your friends.

Yes it is possible but it will take you all some time and patience to achieve it. Here`s what you do.

One of you orders a house, choosing the style of the quad houses. When you receive the email with the location, go there and see if the other 3 in that quad are empty. If they are not, go to About Land (from the World menu) while you are standing in the house, and click abandon and try again....You could all try at the same time and see who is the first to get one with 3 empty ones attached.

When you finally get one with 3 empty houses attached, the other 3 people can order their houses and they need to keep ordering and abandoning until they each have one of the other 3 in the same quad as person one.

Look around before you start to make sure that you can see at least one empty quad, so that you know there is one set available and you can only abandon and re-order your house 5 times per hour so as I say you do need patience.

If there are lots of that style empty its going to take a while to get the one you want unless you are really lucky.
