Logged out at Requesting region capabilities

I haven't been able to log in for a week. It keeps failing at "Requesting region capabilities." Fails on both Firestorm and SL viewer. I have restarted my internet connection (have had no other internet connection problems), cleared my cache, and changed my DNS but nothing has worked. Any other suggestions?

Tried logging into a different location? Type Pooley into the log in location and see if you can log in there

Just out of curiosity, what does requesting region capabilities mean? Do they mean SL region (sim) or rl geographical region (ie France, Texas, etc.)?

Requesting region capabilities is what you see on the login screen when the viewer is waiting for the Seed Cap grant.
