Failed to grant capabilities

When I try to enter in the place "Magic Fishing HQ & Mall - Advertising -Earn Linden FISH 4 L$" I am getting the error "Failed to grant capabilities"

"Capabilities" are the permissions that the system has to give you during login so that you have access to the asset servers, your friends list, your inventory, and a lot of other database info.  If you are not getting those capabilities, you are not fully logged in. The standard solutions are:

1. Get off of wifi (neither recommended nor supported by Linden Lab).  Use a cable or DSL Internet connection.

2.  Reboot both your router and your modem, then restart your computer.

3. If steps #1 and #2 don't work, add a new DNS server to whatever your ISP provided.  Many SL residents use the free Google servers.

4.  If even that doesn't work, contact your ISP.

EDIT:  You might also try logging in to a different region -- someplace nice and quiet like Pooley -- and then teleporting to wherever.
