Marketplace Broken?

Unable to buy anything off the marketplace  with lindens or credit card. 

I keep getting the message "We were unable to make changes to the current invoice". I've tried on multiple devices and I get the same results. Also, I checked my invoice so I know the items haven't gone through.

The Firestorm Support Group in world has recently posted the following notice:
