I bought something and an iteam was not in it, need help with this

Are you sure that none of the items is a TV set? Did you rez all items and read the manual?

If so, all you can do is contact the merchant, and I gather from your post that you already did that Usually, SL merchants are very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry if you had a different experience. Perhaps if you contact them again with a friendly request to tell you which of the items is the actual TV and how to make it work, or to please send you a new set?

i don't know what particular vea tv you bought but mine says "LEVA HOME Flat TV VEA Digital 1.34" as the item name
