How does one place a pic on my profile from my textures in my inventory?

Assuming you're using viewer 2 with web profile, you can't do that directly. Open the pic that you want to use and on the bottom right you'll see Save As. Click that and save the pic to your hard drive.

Now open your Profile and click Edit Profile.

Under heading Profile Picture, click Change.

Click Upload and navigate to where you saved your pic. (Note: no TGA files)

Click OK to upload.

TY Very Much Nyll...they are TGA files unfortunately

No problem. Just save as a TGA to your hard drive, open in an image editing program, Photoshop or some other one, and resave as a jpg or png.

If you login on Phoenix you get the choice to save as PNG instead.
