Adult greyed out in search

Hi, I just logged in my account after a long time, but somehow I can no longer acces adult search results. I can enter adult land if someone teleports me there, and I have set Adult in my preferences. It just stays greyed out at the search screen. I use the official viewer and I have payment method active. I noticed there no longer is age verification, and I can not acces my account details to see if I may have screwed up with my birth date when I made the account almost 10 years ago, or if its maybe just a bug since I can acces adult land, just not search it. I have an alt account that I tested it on and that works fine, so its not a error in the viewer itself.

Submit a support case.  If you've been out for a while, chances are that your maturity setting is stuck.

I have been going all over the site in many loops getting back from wiki to the support site without finding a way to actualy make a ticket. Best I got was this forum or a Bug report. Where can I submit a normal support ticket?
