how do i get my money back that i paid a landlord and the place is no there

I had been living at the pace for amost a year and now it's not onger there i was off line for a week and came bk and had no place to live i trey to contact the owner but with no success and i had 2 week to go before my rent was do the new owners kindy return my stuff i had in there but no one has paid me my money that i never use to  and next week woud have been my week to pay again so i just wonder how will i get my money back

All that you can do is send the landowner a polite note (by IM or a notecard) explaining the situation and asking for a refund.  If you are lucky and the landlord is (a) actually reading SL messages and (b) kind, you may get your money back.  If you have absolutely no luck with this approach, you can try filing a case report with LL.  You should know, however, that LL rarely intervenes in disputes between residents unless it is clear that there is also a TOS violation.
