How do i undo cancelling my account?

I cancelled my account and I would like to know how to undo the cancellation and keep my account?

If you are a Premium member, you may be in luck. Just contact Live Chat and tell them that you changed your mind.  You didn't really cancel the account yet, anyway.  A Premium account is prepaid, so it stays in force until the end of the period that you paid for.

If you have a Basic account, it's a little harder. You will need to actually have the account restarted.  The fact that you can post here tells me that it isn't dead yet, so submit a support case under the heading Account Issue and ask them to un-cancel it.  Follow these instructions >>>

To start the process:

1. Open a support case.
2. Under What type of problem are you having? choose Account Issue.
3. Choose Reactivate an old account.
4. Enter the required information
5. Click Submit.
