If you have changed or updated your payment method recently, that could have triggered the change.  That's likely, for example, if you have been using a debit card or some sort of prepaid credit card as your payment method.  Those options are no longer allowed, so updating a card could have alerted the accounting system.   If that's not the issue, I suggest contacting Live Chat (if you are a Premium member) or submitting a support case.
