The marketplace is a good place to search for free clothes and if you find things you like you can then go to the store that made the clothes. Note that this is 'old style' these days so some of the items on the Marketplace that you find will have stores long gone. Don't be surprised. Also try "Free Dove" for newbie free clothes and such.
